Delete your Stepwise account

In the app

Open Settings > Account and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps. Erase your local journal separately in Settings if you also want its health records and photos removed.

Without the app

Email info@cubicfox.com from your registered email address with the subject Stepwise account deletion. Tell us that you want your Stepwise account deleted. We will verify ownership before deleting the account. Do not send your password, sign-in code or health records.

What is removed

Deleting the account removes the Supabase authentication account. This Android release does not upload your health journal or photos. Local journal data must be erased on the device. Exported and shared copies remain outside these controls. Provider infrastructure backups and security records may be retained under their settings and legal obligations.
